If your package gets delivered tampered in any way or strangely wrapped, please open a claim with the shipping carrier that delivered it. All our packages leave our studio as neat as always (in a gray plastic mailer envelope and except for larger pieces, individually wrapped in transparent bags) but we cannot control what happens with the packages during transit times.
Formal claim is the only way to add up in their statistics so they can improve their services! No bad service should be accepted from shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc).

Custom and personalized orders
As all custom items that are made specifically at personal request, they are one of a kind and made specifically for the buyer, and therefore they cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. These orders are final.
Care instructions
Dry clean. But it can be hand washed with a gentle soap (such as Woolite©). Drip dry.
Important! DO NOT attempt to dry fur in a dryer. It will damage your fur. :-S
Sizing details
Measurement sizes indicated are estimated. Slight variations can occur as the pieces are handmade.
Sizing can appear different online than in person. Double check the sizes of the pieces you are interested in.
Color match
Pieces may not appear exactly as photographed due to changes or availability in materials, dye lots of and other exceptional situations. Also there can be a slight color differences based on your monitor settings and screen resolutions.
Shipping
All of our pieces are shipped in a plastic mailing envelope. They are packed carefully according of each material and need of protection. Samples are shipped in a letter envelope without tracking.
However, after receiving it, you may need to do additional "fluffing" and "straightening" on it, as it may shift during shipping time.

Actual processing time
Actual processing time is about 1-2 business days.
Return of items ordered in "bulk" (more than 6 items in the same order)
We don't accept returns ordered in "bulk". We can exchange items that didn't fit or need to be fixed.
Return rules for all items
We accept all returns, except if:
* Item was refused upon delivery.
* An incorrect address was provided by the customer.
* Item was returned to sender for any reason other than USPS damaged the package. (Incl. postal delays.)
* Items have been altered, cut, used, washed, dried, contain smells/odors, or are stained in any way.
⚠ Please note: Yardage is considered custom because so it is NOT eligible for refunds.
For all items eligible for refunds:
- Buyer is responsible for the shipping.
- Although we try to do our best, due to the nature of the business, customer will be charged $6.99 or 20% return fee, whichever is higher.
